We are seeking an outstanding Talent Acquisition Manager to help us identify and attract the most fantastic persons in our wonderful team.

At Enko Education, we believe firmly that achieving our ambitious objectives relies a lot on our capacity to attract the right persons, whether in our schools or in our central team.

We are constantly looking for unique individuals with whom to work, laugh,  dream and achieve incredible things all together (such as starting twelve schools in four years). We open new positions every day for all types of profile: inspiring heads of school, geek social marketing experts, intrepid school launchers… we recruit all over the world: our team members come from Senegal, France, South Africa, Nigeria, Mali, Burkina, DRC, South Africa, US, UK, Germany …

As our talent acquisition manager, you will be in charge of just that: setting up a fantastic pipeline of great applicants to contribute building this team we value so much.

On a typical Enko day you may:

  • Add the final touches to the School Launcher job offer with our Head of School launches
  • Interview three founding Head of School candidates, based in Koh Phi Phi, Kigali and Shenzen, considered to launch Enko Ouaga International School
  • Arrange discussions with students at Sciences Po or at Witz University to present a concrete case of social entrepreneurship… while promoting our amazing job opportunities
  • Write the scenario and shoot a video presenting the position of a Mathematics teacher in an Enko School
  • Remind (again) our CEO about his last interview report he still owes you
  • Enjoy the sweetness of a pain au chocolat, because on Fridays we serve croissants and pains au chocolat at Enko Education!

You:

  • Have marketing or recruitment skills
  • Embrace and embody our values which you already know by heart (or will in a few minutes)... and can recognise at a glance someone who would fit at Enko
  • Are a doer who makes things happen
  • Check first you LinkedIn account when you wake up
  • Speak fluently French and English, Portuguese is a plus
  • Want to change the future of Education in Africa with us
